Mike, thought you might like this other strategy if you haven't seen it. It was alleged to be written by Liz Cheney, but actually was written by somebody on Facebook, and sent to Robert Reich. https://robertreich.substack.com/p/a-remarkable-message
Yes, I see this as a brilliant, organized strategy and my question is the same - WHO? I think it is ALL HANDS ON DECK! I see more comprehension of our plight among substack commenters than I do in the speeches of almost all of our Democratic leaders. We can’t rely on them. Many are still in the analysis stage, bringing pamphlets to gun fights. Mike Madrid himself on recent posts has pointed to Newsom and Padilla as possible uniters. Let’s get behind them. Bernie, AOC, any others?
It's a tall order and a reasonable one. We need a steady and credible voice to help enact and shape this agenda. Any ideas of who (beside a Californian, unfortunately) can get the ball rolling?
I agree with your assessment, but am dubious that the Democrats have the leadership or planning in place to take advantage of this opportunity. There are sparks of strategic life - Padilla's handling of his "detainment" - but no unified strategic plan coming out of the DNC to capitalize on this moment. Fear #1 remains the Dems win and don't understand why (don't learn anything)
You will, I will, our neighbors will, our faith leaders will, our community political groups will, our nation’s celebrities and the like. We all will; there is no cavalry coming. It’s up to us.

This isn’t for the politicians. It’s for everyone else
We all can do this not just those in office. We can use these strategies in our conversations whether in person or online.
That’s right. It was written for everyone not in office
Are you suggesting that they attack all 5 of these at once?
Seems hard to make all five resonate although there are some overlap.
Also, deportations & masked ICE agents are likely to remain a main media story as well as focal point of popular opposition.
How should Democrats respond considering these other areas that split MAGA?
Also I was told women are too emotional to lead 👍🔥🇵🇷
The best part of Tammy roasting Heghog was when she said she didnt get a questionable tattoo .

This all seems common sense.
Forwarded this to my representatives.
A first! National political strategy! Next: who will take the leadv
