Ok, just finished reading this piece and a few things jumped out at me. One - I have a better understanding of why the low level of Latinos in unions exist (you'll correct me if I'm wrong): the gig economy. I see that in my everyday life as well.
Two: "Our politics are not driving the changes in our society, they are reflecting them." Does this have to do with why it is crucially important for the Harris campaign to talk about making the housing market more available to people?
Three: "Data professionals are much better at speaking to where people are than in persuading them of where politicians want them to be." This is BIG. You couldn't of spoke any clearer than if you grabbed a bullhorn and started reading your book aloud to the politicians. Wow.
